Orchard Street Investment Management LLP, the specialist commercial property investment manager, has let the final 3,908 sq ft of office space at St Andrews House, Cambridge to Barton Willmore, the UK’s largest independent, integrated planning and design consultancy.

Barton Willmore, which has 11 offices across the UK and Scotland, will occupy the remaining suite on the second floor for a term certain of five years at a stepped rent breaking back to £22.00 per sq ft. St Andrews House provides 40,716 sq ft of Grade A accommodation across three storeys.

Michael Cecil, asset manager at Orchard Street said: “We are delighted to have let all of St Andrews House. This demonstrates the quality of the location and space and its suitability for the local occupier market.”

Harry Rands, Bidwells also commented:

"St Andrews House sits in a good location between the city centre and northern fringe business parks, attracting office and R&D occupiers. The quality of the accommodation and attractive car parking ratio were influential in securing the letting to Barton Willmore. The deal provides strong market evidence to help benchmark upcoming lease renewal and rent reviews".
