Segregated mandates
Orchard Street has been successfully managing segregated accounts for some of the world's largest pension fund and wealth management clients since the firm's inception in 2004. Over this period, our relentless, structured asset management approach to driving performance has been a major contributor to our enviable track record. Our clients' segregated accounts are managed primarily on a discretionary basis and our service is tailored to individual clients requirements. We are able to provide a comprehensive financial and forecasting package and are authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority
Regulated investment management
Orchard Street Investment Advisers Limited (“OSIA”) (a wholly owned subsidiary of Orchard Street) provides a range of regulated investment management and advisory services which complement the direct property investment management services offered by Orchard Street. OSIA has advised on the recent launch of the Orchard Street Impact Fund and successfully designed and executed a number of private equity real estate strategies for our clients. Orchard Street are experienced in both unleveraged and leveraged property investment strategies and have partner level expertise in the real estate debt market.
