Steyning Way, Hounslow, West London has been identified as a redevelopment site since acquisition. The former property comprised a low quality 1930s brick-built estate, which had low EPC ratings and had reached the end of its economic and operational life.

The new scheme creates an asset with sustainability at its heart, including views of greenery, fruit trees, sedum roofs, cycle racks, roof-top PV that is predicted to reduce carbon emissions by 9.38 tonnes, and triple glazed windows combined with carbon-neutral air source heat pump comfort cooling. This measure will also limit airborne pollution from Heathrow’s air traffic overhead from entering the occupiers’ office spaces. As a result of the intense focus on occupier wellbeing and building environmental performance, the scheme has achieved A+ EPC ratings for all units and a BREEAM Excellent accreditation.
