Units range in size from 5,000 to 9,000 sq ft and occupiers include Wallace LLP, Helsing Limited, Select Model Agency Ltd. We completed a significant refurbishment programme of three office floors in 2022, improving the EPC from a ‘D’ to a ‘B’ and obtaining BREEAM Excellent Refurbishment & Fit-out ratings for the refurbished floors.
