Tom Ryan

Tom is an Asset Manager at Orchard Street, working across a diverse portfolio spanning multiple real estate asset classes.

Prior to joining Orchard Street in 2025, Tom developed extensive experience in industrial and logistics real estate through his role at Amazon, where he was responsible for asset management across the company’s UK and Ireland portfolio. Before relocating to London from Melbourne, Australia, he worked at Hines, specialising in both asset and investment management.

Tom holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Property and Real Estate and a Certificate in Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional.
