Tom Chadwick MRICS

Tom joined Orchard Street Investment Management in 2014 becoming a partner in 2018.  His work spans UK real estate investment, portfolio management, business development and the managment of the business.

Prior to Orchard Street, Tom first worked at a listed REIT in 2004 before joining Aviva Investors in 2008 where he gained experience across a range of funds in the UK and Australia.

Tom holds a Masters degree from the University of Cambridge and is MRICS.
