Richard Walters MRICS

Richard is a Partner at Orchard Street whose role encompasses client management and leading asset management operations and initiatives. He has broad UK market experience, with a particular focus on business space asset management.

He began his career at MEPC in 1997, before holding roles at Legal &General, Insight Investment and Invista Real Estate, where he was Director and Head of Industrial. Richard joined Orchard Street in 2011, became an Associate in 2013 and a Partner in 2016.

Richard is MRICS and holds the IMC.
