Philip Olmer

Philip is Head of Compliance at Orchard Street, overseeing compliance matters across the business and bringing substantial legal and regulatory experience in commercial real estate.

He qualified as a solicitor in 1985 and spent more than 28 years as a commercial real estate lawyer and partner at Berwin Leighton, Olswang and Nabarro. He joined AEW in 2014 as Head of Legal & Compliance in London before joining Orchard Street in March 2020.

Philip is a qualified solicitor.
