Malcolm Frodsham

Malcolm Frodsham is Head of Strategy and Research at Orchard Street, responsible for market forecasting, investment strategy and portfolio research. He works closely with Orchard Street's investment team to develop the firm's House View and support portfolio and asset allocation decisions.

Malcolm is also Founder of Real Estate Strategies, an independent research and advisory business. He has more than 30 years of experience in real estate research and investment analysis. Prior to establishing Real Estate Strategies, Malcolm was Research Director at IPD (now MSCI), where he led research into real estate performance, risk and portfolio construction. He has also held senior research and strategy positions at Legal & General Property and Barclays Property Investments.

Malcolm is a Fellow of the Society of Property Researchers and is a recognised industry commentator on real estate performance, valuation and investment strategy.
