Kathryn Barber

Kathryn is Head of Responsibility & ESG at Orchard Street, overseeing the firm’s Responsible Investment approach and helping deliver meaningful social and environmental outcomes across client mandates.  Kathryn is recognised for translating complex sustainability ambitions into deliverable actions, with experience spanning ESG integration through to impact investing.

Before joining Orchard Street in 2024, Kathryn led portfolio sustainability and social impact at Great Portland Estates. She previously held sustainability roles at Intu Properties, Prudential and Hammerson.

Kathryn is a Chartered Environmentalist and a Full Member of ISEP.
