Giles Hall

Giles is an asset manager at Orchard Street, specialising in the industrial and logistics sector.

Giles trained at King Sturge & Co, now part of JLL, working on the flagship IPIF industrial fund from its early days. Subsequently he held asset/ investment management roles at a UK  Property Company  and then at Catalyst Capital (managing for private equity funds) before joining Orchard Street in 2020.

Giles is MRICS.
