Fred Corbett

Fred is an Asset Manager at Orchard Street. He is oversees a range of assets across Orchard Street's funds.

Fred began his career at CBRE in 2022 where he managed institutional investors’ mixed-use portfolios. He later moved to Sovereign Centros where he managed investment and led analysis across their shopping centre portfolio. After qualifying, he joined Eurofund Group - a pan-European retail specialist - where he led asset management delivery and supported acquisitions in the UK.

Fred holds an MSc in Real Estate from Cass Business School, City, University of London. He is MRICS and holds Paper 1 in the IMC.
