Fergus Egan MRICS

Fergus joined Orchard Street in 2014 and has a broad asset management role, combining strategic oversight with active management to enhance asset values across all Orchard Street funds and mandates.

He began his career in property at Matthews & Goodman in 2003, before moving to Legal & General in 2005, where he worked across its retail portfolio. In 2008, he joined Universities Superannuation Scheme Investment Management, taking responsibility for managing the retail and leisure portfolio and executing a range of acquisitions and disposals.

Fergus is MRICS and holds the IPF Diploma.
