Alpa Kidia ACCA

Alpa is Head of Fund Accounting at Orchard Street, and leads finance reporting across the firm’s real estate investment mandates, including oversight of internal controls reporting. She is responsible for managing fund accounting activities and supporting the finance team.

Alpa trained in audit at Ernst & Young, where she began her career, bringing a strong technical accounting and controls background to her role. Prior to joining Orchard Street, she held positions at Warner Estate Holdings and The Crown Estate, where she gained broad experience across financial reporting, commercial finance, and real estate portfolios.

Alpa graduated from Rhodes University, South Africa, and is ACCA qualified.
