On acquisition the property included a 3.1 acre cleared development site. Having secured a pre-let with Selco, OSIM in conjunction with Chancerygate, obtained planning and developed a two unit scheme totalling 56,000 sq ft. The speculative second unit was let at Practical completion in April 2017.
