Orchard Street secures new £150m investment mandate

Orchard Street Investment Management LLP (“Orchard Street”), the specialist commercial property investment manager, announces that it has been awarded a new £150m investment directive from a large UK pension fund client of Aon Hewitt, to acquire a portfolio of UK commercial real estate.
Orchard Street will target investments of between 10m and 30m across the UK with the aim of building a portfolio focussed on long leased, index-linked assets. It is expected that the capital will be deployed over a 12 to 24 month period
