Orchard Street UK Special Situations Fund secures £100m facility from RBS

Orchard Street Investment Management LLP, a leading UK specialist commercial property investment manager, today announces that it has secured a £100m facility with The Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS), Real Estate Finance Group for its UK Special Situations Fund. The Fund, which was launched on 10 March 2008 with £100m of equity already subscribed, is aiming to invest in up to 15 assets in the UK commercial property market over the next few years.
Orchard Street recruited Barney Rowe from Goodman in August this year as Fund Manager of its UK Special Situations Fund.
