Orchard Street signs 5 new tenants at Gretna Gateway

Orchard Street Investment Management LLP, a leading UK specialist commercial property investment manager, has secured five new tenants for its 125,000 sq ft Outlet Centre on the M74 at Gretna, in the Scottish Borders.

New lettings to Playtex (makers of Wonderbra), Escentials (perfumiers), Past Times (gift stores), O’Briens (cafes), and leading Northern Ireland soft furnisher, Bedeck, add to the range of existing tenants who include Polo Ralph Lauren, LK Bennett, Marks and Spencer, Sports Direct and 50 others.

The centre is the focal point in the Borders Region for out of town quality discounted retailing, and has benefited from recent development of a phase 2 of 55,000 sq ft, and a new car parking facility that has added 250 spaces – making a total car parking availability of 1,050 spaces.
