Orchard Street Investment Management (‘Orchard Street’), the specialist commercial property investment manager, has completed its first letting at the J4 Park in Camberley.
Siemens PLC, the multinational blue-chip company, has signed a five-year lease on unit 3 of the J4 Park, which comprises 7,662 sq ft of industrial space. Siemens’ arrival brings J4 to 85% let, with units 5 (7,658 sq ft) and 6 (7,978 sq ft) available to let individually or combined.
J4 Park comprises a 108,124 sq ft freehold multi-let industrial estate, holding a prime position 35 miles south west of central London. The park was originally acquired on behalf of St James’s Place in December 2014 as part of a portfolio of six distinct industrial estates in the UK’s South East region, known as the ‘Orbital Portfolio’.
