Orchard Street promotes Fergus Egan to Partner

Orchard Street Investment Management (‘Orchard Street’), the specialist commercial property investment manager, announces the promotion of Fergus Egan to Partner. 

Fergus joined the business in 2014 from Universities Superannuation Scheme Investment Management, to head up Orchard Street’s retail asset management team. Retail investment property has evolved significantly in recent years and the onset of Covid-19 has hastened the pace of change. Fergus’s knowledge and experience in the sector and his strong and established relationships with retailers has enabled him to continue to create good asset management successes with his team even in these challenging times.
