Orchard Street makes senior hire with appointment of Mark Long as Head of Strategy

Orchard Street Investment Management (‘Orchard Street’), the specialist commercial property investment manager, announces the appointment of Mark Long as Head of Strategy to the business. Mark will lead Orchard Street’s research, forecasting and strategy team. He joins Orchard Street with over 26 years of experience in the field of real estate research and strategy.

Mark spent the past five years as Head of EMEA Real Assets Research & Strategy at BlackRock, playing a key role in guiding the strategic investment decisions of the business’ real estate funds whilst providing analysis to and engaging with its existing and prospective clients. For more than 20 years Mark has held senior posts in real estate research and strategy including at Aberdeen Asset Management and Invista Real Estate Investment Management.
