We are proud to announce that Orchard Street has been shortlisted for the Sustainability Award at the 2023
#EGAwards. This follows the launch of our transformational £400 million Impact Fund as well as the significant progress made towards our responsible investment goals through the expansion of our solar PV installation strategy and our retrofitting programme, which targets building certifications and EPC improvements. As of March 2023, 48% of our assets (by value) were green certified and the landlord recycling rate was 64%.
Responsible investing is at the heart of what we do at Orchard Street and remains a critical driver of delivering outperformance today and tomorrow. We wish all the finalists good luck and look forward to the upcoming awards ceremony in October.
