Orchard Street extend Royal Mail lease.

Orchard Street Investment Management, a leading UK specialist commercial property investment manager, has successfully completed a 15 year extension to Royal Mail’s lease of its distribution warehouse at South Gyle, Edinburgh. The agreement secures Royal Mail’s future in the 212,000 sq ft property, which is used as a national sorting office and which it has occupied since 1995, until 2030.
