Orchard Street completes 6,500 sq ft letting to technology leader Arm at 10 Templeback, Bristol

Orchard Street Investment Management announces that it has agreed a letting with UK-headquartered technology leader Arm to 10 Templeback, Bristol. 

Founded in 1990, Arm is the foundation of the semiconductor industry, with nearly 6,000 employees across 25 offices worldwide. With its headquarters in Cambridge and other UK hubs including Manchester and Sheffield, Arm’s new office at 10 Templeback marks further expansion in the UK and is the company’s first office in the South West.

Alex Hardwick, Asset Manager at Orchard Street commented: “We were able to offer Arm a fully fitted, flexible product that had only just recently completed and is testament to the quality of the space and the building. We look forward to working with Arm as they grow into the space.”

10 Templeback is also home to a high-quality mix of occupiers including NFU, Bishop Fleming, Mott MacDonald and Forrest Brown. Orchard Street will shortly be refurbishing 22,000 sq ft on the 4th floor, alongside a comprehensive redesign of the reception and installation of a new shower block which will boost the existing amenity in the building and Templeback’s ESG credentials.
