Orchard Street builds on relationship with GIC to deliver third Special Situations Fund

Orchard Street Investment Management (‘Orchard Street’), the specialist commercial property investment manager announced the launch of their third Special Situations Fund (the “Fund”) which will invest in commercial property opportunities across the UK. Singapore's sovereign wealth fund GIC Private Limited (“GIC”) is a principal investor of the fund.

The Fund, which builds on the success of the previous two funds, will have an initial £150 million investment capacity and will look to acquire assets across the UK, which will benefit from Orchard Street’s active management skills and broad visibility of deal flow.
