Orchard Street appoints Dana Eisner to newly created role of Head of Investor Relations

Orchard Street Investment Management (‘Orchard Street’), the specialist commercial property investment manager, is pleased to announce the appointment of Dana Eisner to a newly created strategic role of Head of Investor Relations. 

Since its launch in 2004, Orchard Street has concentrated on commercial real estate in the UK and has enjoyed growth in funds under management to around £4bn today.  Dana joins the firm as an integral part of the firm’s continuing ambition to expand, focusing on developing new institutional client and consultant relationships, as a core part of the firm’s strategy to raise capital from investor groups, both on and off shore.

Dana joins with a wealth of relevant experience having spent almost three decades in business development, fundraising, client management and marketing roles for real estate and financial services businesses in both London and her native Australia. She joins from AEW UK Investment Management where, as Head of Capital Raising & Client Management for the past eight years, she was responsible for the business’ investor and relations activities. Prior to this Dana spent 10 years as Head of Business Development UK at UBS Global Asset Management where she was responsible for managing and growing client and consultant relationships across a number of UK real estate funds.  Dana’s background also includes senior marketing roles at AXA Australia Funds Management, and Citigroup.
