John Humberstone appointed as Partner

Orchard Street Investment Management LLP, a leading UK specialist commercial property investment manager, is delighted to announce today that it has appointed John Humberstone as a Partner. Prior to joining Orchard Street, John Humberstone was a Managing Director at Brookfield Asset Management Inc for 3 years. Previously John worked at GE Capital Real Estate as a director in the New Business Team for 4 years and was responsible for the origination and execution of principal real estate transactions. John has over 20 years experience in the property industry.

This new appointment results from the growth in the size and breadth of the Orchard Street business. Orchard Street currently has more than £1.5bn of assets under management, including substantial equity available for investment in UK commercial property investments. The firm’s investment range includes the capacity to be involved – as an equity investor – in debt and equity re-structuring of all kinds.
