Further letting at Belvedere Manchester

Orchard Street Investment Management LLP, a leading UK specialist commercial property investment manager, has completed another high profile letting at Belvedere. Savills’ Manchester office has recently agreed to take space at Belvedere in Manchester from landlord Orchard Street Investment Management LLP.

The international real estate advisor has agreed a new 15-year lease on the entire first floor of the Grade A development, which totals 13,700 sq ft (1,272 sq m).

Savills, who currently occupies three floors at Fountain Court in Manchester, is due to move its entire office incorporating commercial, L&P and SPF sectors to Belvedere on 21stApril 2011.

Totaling 104,000 sq ft (9,661 sq m) Belvedere had a very successful 2010 with office space only remaining available on the part of the ground and fifth floors.
