Completion of £41.5m Belvedere Office Building, Central Manchester

Orchard Street Investment Management LLP, a leading UK specialist commercial property investment manager, today announces the completion of its £41.5 million top class 100,000 sq ft office building in Booth St, Central Manchester.
The scheme, built by Wilson Bowden, is the most central new office development to be completed in the last 12 months in Manchester. The building combines top specification, with large floors, great views, and ample on site car parking.
