B5 Stockley Park sold to CBRE Investors

4 Roundwood Avenue, situated on the Thames Valley’s premier business park has been sold for £58.5m to CBRE Investors. The 125,000 ft2 Grade A office building was sold by Orchard Street Investment Management on behalf of a UK pension fund client for a net initial yield of 5.4%. The property is the UK headquarters for Electronic Data Systems and is let until 2015.
